brokers. As the father of nine and grandfather of forty-four, Dr. Covey received

the 2003 National Fatherhood Award, which he says is the most meaningful

award he has ever received. Dr. Covey earned his undergraduate degree from

the University of Utah, his MBA from Harvard, and completed his doctorate at

Brigham Young University. While at Brigham Young he served as assistant to

the President and was also a professor of Business Management and

Organizational Behavior.
